Sending Campaigns: personalize your campaigns by customizing the name of the person sending the messages. Another great news is that as soon as you start typing the sending email , we search our servers for the email accounts that you can use to send the messages.
Search: Maintaining your contact list is important. We created the search feature to make managing your contacts easier and faster.

Contacts: when managing your lists, don't forget to periodically remove emails that contain errors. Go to the Contacts menu, Emails tab and filter With error, and follow the 3 steps:
a) select the types of error you want and OK;
b) select all contacts;
c) click delete.
Choose the most critical errors and those board members email lists with the largest number of contacts. We will show the number right after the error type. Remember that we do not send messages to contacts that have errors, so you can save your credits. After a few weeks, the next time we send the email , even with an error, we will try to deliver it again, since the contact may have corrected the situation.

Contacts on no list won't receive your messages and could cause you to miss out on a good deal. In the Active filter, check to see if you have a contact on no list. If you have a contact on no list, add their email to the most appropriate list using the new Contacts on No List filter.

In the Unsubscribe filter, don't worry about deleting these contacts, we won't send them emails , you can export the emails . This data will help you analyze the main reasons that led your contacts to unsubscribe.

The footer of each message sent has an unsubscribe link, just as a reminder, as this has been part of the product since its launch.
Pagination and amount of content on the page: type or select the page number to jump directly to the one you want. You can choose the amount of items per page, both in search and in contacts.
Opt-in form: include a form on your website to capture new emails for a list. Options for customizing text, colors, size and list name. To get started, go to the administration tab and choose the form, customize it as you wish, generate the code and copy it to your website. For greater security, we have included a captcha (the confirmation letters and numbers), so that robots do not insert fake contacts into your lists.
Image upload: if you use the HTML editor to create your campaigns, we have prepared the image upload feature so that you don't need to access your FTP and upload the files. Good news: images do not consume space on your hosting. To use:
a) click on the insert image icon in the HTML editor;
b) when the Format image screen opens, click on Upload;
c) the screen below will open, choose Select File;
d) click on Upload to Server.
Multiple domains: Prepare the domains you want to use on the Administration screen, Domains tab, and activate the domain for use in email marketing . When sending a campaign, choose the domain that will be used for sending. To purchase more credits, use the KingHost control panel.
