Have you ever wondered which consortium receives the most awards? ABAC's economic advisory department publishes monthly data on the six segments of the Consortium System. In this post, you will find out which one received the most awards throughout 2024.
Light vehicles, motorcycles, real estate, heavy vehicles, services and electronics, and other movable assets. These are the six segments considered by ABAC's economic advisory board when compiling and analyzing the data it releases. In other words, they do not refer to the categories for credit use defined by the BCB, which you can learn more about in this post .
To reach a conclusion about which type of consortium contemplates uganda whatsapp list the most, that is, had the most contemplations, we will take into account the data accumulated between January and July of this year.
More contemplations
The motorcycle consortium was the one that contemplated the most in 2024, as has been the case over the last few years. Of the 985,914 contemplations registered in the period, 429,957 occurred in the segment - which corresponds to 43.6% of the total. With this result, the two-wheel consortium accumulated an increase of 3.6% compared to the 415,210 contemplated in the same period of 2023.
In second place, as the segment of the consortium that contemplates the most, is light vehicles. From January to July, there were 389,050 contemplations, an increase of 6.1% compared to the 366,609 registered in the same period of the previous year. With this, the light vehicle consortium accounted for 39.4% of the total.
In third place, with 65,245 contemplations, came the real estate consortium. This year, contemplations are advancing 11.7%, coming from the 58,426 recorded between January and July 2023. Thus, the segment accounted for 6.7% of contemplations.
In the other segments, the contemplations from January to July were as follows: heavy vehicles, with 47,603, electronics, with 33,092, and services, with 20,967 contemplated.
And in terms of the volume of credits made available?
Another indicator linked to awards is the volume of credits made available. In other words, the sum of the amounts made available to those awarded for the acquisition of movable and immovable property or to contract services.
In this case, the leadership belongs to the light vehicle consortium, since R$26.17 billion were made available from January to July 2024. With this volume of resources, the increase was 17.6% compared to the same period in 2023. Next comes the real estate consortium, which made available more than R$12.1 billion this year, an increase of 13.4%.
Completing the ranking, in 3rd place, is the heavy vehicle consortium. In the first seven months of 2024, the segment registered R$8.7 billion in credits made available, increasing by 30.6% the amount achieved between January and July 2023.
