The global coronavirus pandemic has dramatically altered all of our daily lives, and unfortunately, it seems like this is just the beginning. Like all of you, we here at ProcessMaker are busy adapting to some of the new realities.

Our first priority is and will always be the safety of our employees, customers and partners. We understand that we must take every precaution possible to slow the spread of the pandemic and work with those directly impacted by it.

We also understand that ProcessMaker is a critical part of your business and operations, and you need assurances about our ability to handle what is happening now with the virus and the even greater levels of disruption that will most likely occur in the near future.

To that end, we would like to share with you highlights taiwan phone numbers of our contingency and business continuity plans. If you would like access to our full COVID-19 contingency plan, please request it from your Support or Customer Success representative.

Availability of our global support teams and remote working

ProcessMaker is a global company with a distributed and highly remote workforce, accustomed to working across continents and time zones. Most of our employees already have extreme flexibility when it comes to work-from-home options. All of our employees are equipped to seamlessly connect to work remotely productively and securely.

Therefore, we do not anticipate any changes to how our business will operate as we move to an even more remote team setup. Your support services should not experience any disruptions as a result.

We believe we have enough redundancy across all of our teams to be able to continue to provide support in the event that a significant number of our team members become temporarily disabled due to the virus. With our emphasis on remote work and distributed offices, we also do not anticipate that all of our employees could become ill at the same time. Our company is strong enough and we have large enough teams to cover the staffing and knowledge needs in the unfortunate event that our workers begin to become ill.
