The typical relationship between worker and company involves the exchange of work for capital, but also of other things that many companies do not see. Apart from the paycheck at the end of the month, the collaboration of a person who dedicates his time and effort requires certain things that have nothing to do with material things, but rather with personal things.

In today's post, we're going to look at five things that employees value and that significantly improve their performance, but which many companies prefer not to take into account.

Work flexibility
Flexible working conditions make it easier to balance work and family life, to pursue hobbies and to train in different subjects. An employee who is happy with his life, who sees his family's needs met, who brazil email list pursues his hobbies and who progresses with his knowledge throughout his life, is a person who is loyal to the company.

People who have time to do something after work are happier and perform better. Getting back to work the next day is much more bearable and the work day is not an insurmountable wall that has to be jumped over every day.

Social benefits
Social benefits are the part of the salary in kind that is given to workers so that they can live more peacefully and qualify for tax benefits. For example, accessing a good health insurance policy at no cost to the employee can mean as much as a salary increase.

By negotiating the policy collectively, greater benefits can be obtained than if people do it individually; or the waiting or pre-existing periods for some illnesses or injuries can be waived. Restaurant vouchers are another option, given the tax advantages they have for users of these payment systems.

Telecommuting
Teleworking is not a trivial matter, but it brings with it a series of important advantages for the organisations that implement it. For example, teleworking allows employees to reconcile their personal and professional lives, saves on travel costs to the workplace and allows them to carry out their work in a more personal environment.
