Regarding Andre Wen's work in the past 12 years, the email mentioned that when Andre Wen joined Walmart China in 2012, he served as the chief operating officer of Sam's Club. In 2017, Andre Wen was promoted to president of Sam's Club. In 2020, Andre Wen's position at Sam's Club did not change, but his level was promoted to deputy CEO of Walmart China.

Regarding the evaluation of Ande Wen's work performance, the email mentioned that it was due to Ande Wen's leadership that Sam's Club China expanded from 8 stores before he joined to the current 50 stores.
