In many cases, selection processes are like castings for jobs in Hollywood; candidates are asked for attributes that they will not even remotely need to master to carry out their work. This is done to rule out candidates, but from my point of view it is a big mistake.

If you will allow me, I would run away from these agencies. Not only do they conduct superficial interviews, but they treat candidates as if they were a number instead of talents. If you are looking for someone with ambition and potential and not someone who types on a computer and looks at the clock every 10 minutes, this is not the place for you to find your worker.
