Voting for the 2021 reclame aqui awards ends with 10.8 million votes, one of the highest in history!

Consumer participation in the 11th edition of the awards took place from September 1st to October 31st
Voting is closed! And one of the biggest in the history of the Reclame AQUI Awards ! The 2021 edition closed with 10,813,489 votes. From September 1st to October 31st, consumers were able to participate in the awards by choosing the companies that, in their opinion, have the best customer service. The voting took place on the Reclame AQUI website.blog
This year, more than 880 companies, distributed across 149 categories, competed for the preference of Brazilian consumers. On December 6, Reclame AQUI will award the winning companies, in a special and exciting evening for the companies, as a way of recognizing their work in serving the consumer with seriousness and commitment.

About the Reclame AQUI 2021 Award
The Reclame AQUI Award was created 11 years ago, as an communication email list initiative by Reclame AQUI to recognize companies that provide good customer service. Over the years, the event has grown and consolidated itself as the largest customer service award in Brazil, sought after by companies from all segments that deal directly with consumers.
In 2020, the year in which Reclame AQUI celebrated its 20th anniversary, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the celebration and trophy presentation night took place online. This year, with the advancement of vaccination, it will be possible to hold a hybrid celebration – online and in person – with limited attendance.
Thanks to the rigor and seriousness of the event, the Reclame AQUI Award is today the most respected customer service award in Brazil, recognized by thousands of consumers who visit Reclame AQUI every day.
