Enter locations manually into a single Google account

If you only have a few locations to enter, you can add them manually within the same Google account where you already created the first one quite quickly, and it only takes a few steps:

Log in with the email you used to create your business listing and go to your business profile, you can do it from this link – Google Business Login -, or by typing the name of your business in the search bar.
Once you have arrived in the management part of your company's business profile,
click on the 3 dots in the top right and from the drop-down menu select " Add new business profile ".
At this point the standard procedure for registering your company's Google card will start, you will only need to fill in all the fields, verify the new business profile (SMS, call, email, etc ...) and that's it.
Now, always by opening the drop-down menu from the 3 dots at the top right, you will be able to access “ Your activity profiles ” from which you will be able to see and manage all your activity cards and make some overall changes.
One of the advantages of having all the Google profiles of your business locations under a single email, as we said before, concerns the convenience and immediacy of finding what you need without searching on a multitude of different accounts.

You have several options for action: join locations by creating groups, select cards and check reviews, manage settings, go to view and directly edit each profile.

Additionally, once you have selected the tabs, an additional new zealand whatsapp number data drop-down menu will appear with other available actions: download profile statistics, accept or reject updates, transfer ownership of the Google Business Profile, close, open or remove activities .

If your business has 10 or more locations, Google lets you upload and verify them all at once without having to create each listing individually. There are two ways to access this:

Alternatively, you need to create at least two cards using the procedure we saw before, go to your account and access the management of your activity profiles ( 3 dots at the top right > “Your activity profiles” > “Manage multiple profiles” ).
Once you reach the dashboard you will be able to import multiple locations at once.

At the top right, once you open the drop-down menu you will have to click on import activity. A screen will open where you can download the file to fill in with the data of the various locations and an example model to follow.

Once you have entered your locations into the file, go back to “ Import Business ” and this time choose “ Select File ”; upload it, review your changes and apply. This will create all your locations’ Google listings at once.

In this case, despite the somewhat complex procedure, we have some additional advantages over the previous method: in fact, you can use this function to modify the various existing Google Business Profiles all at once. You just need to modify the Excel/CSV file and upload it again.
