You’ve probably noticed that we only have positive points in corporate training, right? But the question remains, “how do we structure these trainings?”

I'm going to show you 8 common steps for structuring corporate training and you'll see that it's not rocket science!

1.IDENTIFICATION OF NEEDS

Before you start to define what type of training or which company to hire, it is very important that you identify the company's problems/needs.

You can do this by analyzing performance indicators, employee feedback, you can even implement these indicators if you don't have them, check what the company's goals and objectives are...

Remembering that this is a detailed analysis, it will be done by sectors and will have a degree of priority so that you know where the focus of the problem is.

After all, there is no point in hiring corporate training for the line data company without having these points clearly defined.

Furthermore, it is important to remember that employees will need time to complete the training, which is where the advantage of online training comes in, as employees are not tied to the training schedule.

With online training, employees have more flexibility and can work during periods when demand is not so high.

2. SETTING LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Once the needs have been properly identified, it is important to define the objectives for the training. The main point is that these objectives are aligned with the company that will be responsible for the training.

This is very important so that both parties are aware of what the objectives are, so that at the end of the training both parties are satisfied and do not have any problems.

3. DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING CONTENT

The content will be developed according to the objectives that have been agreed upon. It is possible that materials, courses, handouts, practical activities, assessments, exercises, etc. will be included in the training.

The aim is to ensure that these people are able to absorb everything that is being taught and so that the company can monitor the progress of those undergoing training.

It is worth remembering that depending on the training, the company may have a ready-made program or may develop a customized program. This will depend on the case and the company in question.

4. CHOOSING DELIVERY METHODS

The choice of delivery methods is related to the content of the training. As I mentioned earlier, in some cases, ready-made training may be suitable for the company, but it may be necessary to create customized training.

Additionally, this may include in-person training, online training, hybrid training, workshops, among other modalities.

Generally, the most common training method is online training, due to the availability of employees and the ease of not having to travel or have a specific space for training.
