Consortium system in December/2022: economic data

The Consortium System maintained the pace of evolution in good results throughout the twelve months of 2022. It also increased the monthly average of sales and despite the decline in the average ticket, it achieved a record in the accumulated number of deals carried out.

A special achievement of the year was the 9.41 million active participants, a record and growing volume, month after month, during 2022. The result for December was 12.4% above the 8.37 million members reached in the same month of 2021.

Consortium System Results by segment:
Light Vehicle Consortium
The main segment of the Consortium System, the light vehicle consortium, sold 1.5 million quotas in 2022. The sales volume is historic and led to credits sold exceeding R$81 billion. There was also growth in active participants, average ticket and credits granted. Only contemplations remained stable. The monthly sales average reached 125.0 thousand new quotas, 3.5% above the 120.8 thousand in 2021.


Motorcycle Consortium
The motorcycle consortium is the second largest in the Consortium System in terms of active participants. And it ended 2022 with growth in all indicators. The main highlights were the credits sold and those granted. In the annual sum of sales of new quotas, there was an increase of 8.9% over that achieved in 2021. The monthly average of sales reached 101.79 thousand new quotas, above the 93.68 thousand achieved in the previous year. Finally, the average ticket grew 18.9% compared to 2021.
