Do they use the right digital resources (not always)? And how do you, as an organization, steer towards digital working? Some 2,000 employees from various organizations show how working from home and digital (collaboration) work and what differences there are between organizations and between types of employees. In this article, we will discuss this in detail.
Over the past 8 weeks, people who can work from home have worked from home. Of course, this did not and does not apply to all professional groups, as the Volkskrant quickly wrote . Knowledge workers in particular can more or less do their work independently of location: a laptop, some software and access to your files and you can continue. Countless employees and self-employed people have been doing this for years.
However, the past few weeks of working from home were far from comparable to the situation before.
