Let's start by looking at what the acquisition cost (CAC) is . It is the total job function email list cost that a company must pay to be able to bring customers to purchase products and services. The formula to calculate it is:

Total marketing cost includes:
management costs;
the costs of marketing actions;
the cost of software;
salaries;
the commissions;
overhead costs.
Calculating the cost of acquiring each customer will give you a measure of how effective your strategy is and how much your ROI is.

A very simple example: if you sold cars and each customer cost you 200 euros, it would probably be worth it. If you had a stationery store and each customer who bought a new pen cost you the same amount, you would definitely have to rethink your entire strategy.
CAC is a number that should be calculated whenever you acquire new customers or use different methods for acquisition.
