The Asus ROG Phone 9 Pro has an RRP of £1,099.99/$1,199.99 for the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage phone.
On the other hand, the RedMagic 10 Pro has a much more affordable phone number library starting RRP of £579/$649 for the 12GB and 256GB model in Shadow. The price increases depending on the RAM and storage combination, and colour choice.
Both are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset
Both the ROG Phone 9 Pro and RedMagic 10 Pro are among the first phones to be powered by Qualcomm’s newest mobile chipset – the Snapdragon 8 Elite. The chipset, an upgrade from last year’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, with a 40% frame rate increase along with a 40% more efficient experience. The Snapdragon 8 Elite also features powerful AI capabilities that are powered by both the ROG Phone 9 Pro and RedMagic 10 Pro.
Snapdragon 8 Elite
The former has a ton of advanced AI-powered features, including ROG’s AI Grabber 2.0 for AI-powered text recognition and translation support, and AI noise cancellation that uses machine learning to identify and remove unwanted noise frequencies.
The RedMagic 10 Pro is also equipped with Google Intelligence, which offers Gemini assistance, real-time translation, and more.
