Post by sohanuzzaman51 »

There are two types of regulations related to the implementation of the OSS system, namely Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 91 of 2017 concerning the Acceleration of Business Implementation and Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services.

PP No. 91 of 2017
The regulations regarding OSS in PP No. 91 of 2017 are clearly discussed in Article 31, Article 32, Article 33, and Article 34. For clarity, see the following summary:

Article 31
Business Licensing must be done through the Online Single list of saudi arabia cell phone numbers Submission System. This system is the main reference in the implementation of Business Licensing as long as it does not conflict with laws and regulations.

The OSS system is also integrated with existing systems, namely NIK, approval of business entity establishment, Indonesia National Single Window (INSW), PTSP, and other ministry systems.

Article 32
The implementation of the OSS System is carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the National Task Force. The system also began testing on January 1, 2018 and gradually operated starting May 1, 2018. To realize the OSS system, the Minister of Communication and Information provides the page names and infrastructure needed by the ministry or institution.

Article 33
The OSS system manager is responsible for delivering data and information, processing data and information, and making sole decisions regarding the granting of Business Licensing.

The manager also ensures the service system to operate continuously and meet data and information security standards. Another task is to carry out the information system management process for users so that they obtain legal access.

In addition, the manager also prepares access to data on the realization of Business Licensing from the regional government or ministry as confirmation. If there is a disruption in service, the manager must intervene. Another thing that the manager needs to do is provide an audit trail and service center

Article 34
This article discusses access to the OSS system. Users are required to have access rights by providing certain data and information. The data and information are electronic documents that bind the related parties.
